Jackiem Joyner is a contemporary jazz saxophonist with Billboard number one smooth jazz singles and the Debut Artist of the Year award by industry publication Smooth Jazz News.

Joyner’s ‘Lil’ Man Soul’ produced two number one singles. “I’m Waiting For You” topped the smooth jazz radio charts for 12 weeks, was the longest-running #1 single in 2009 and is up for Song of the Year at the 2010 American Smooth Jazz Awards. The album’s “Take Me There” was the second single to reach number one.

In 2007 Jackiem reached number 28 on the Top 50 Smooth Jazz Charts with ‘Babysoul.’

Joyner received the nickname 'Lil’ Man Soul' while on tour with jazz artists Marcus Johnson and Bobby Lyle from 2001-2004.
